Clients tell us that what matters most is support to drive outcomes in a fast-paced and changing business world.
With its holistic framework of excellence, IiE is uniquely positioned to make this happen.
And on becoming Chief Executive in 2017, I set about formally reviewing our products and services to ensure we fufil this need.
A new approach
Our outcomes-focused approach is called The More Excellent Way and whether you are a past or returning client, or new to excellence, we welcome you in developing ‘The More Excellent Way’ in your business.
IiE’s goal is for our clients to become centres of excellence, forming a network of like-minded organisations that are optimising performance improvement.
Our vision is to become the facilitator of choice for excellence everywhere and build on our enviable reputation over the last 22 years which has seen hundreds of organisations achieve recognition against our holistic framework of excellence, The Investors in Excellence Standard.
The IiE Standard – refreshed and revitalised
The team first set about reviewing our core product, the IiE Standard, which is now at version 5. Refreshing our assessment methodology has reinvigorated and revitalised clients’ interest and we can demonstrate very clearly that we are “much more than just an assessment body”.
Our team deliver subject matter expertise, offering recommendations based on our findings and developing strategic excellence objectives for ongoing success.
We are proud that our mature and progressive assessment is 100% objective and, unlike many other standards and accreditations, focuses on delivering tangible outcomes.
Into our already excellent framework we have incorporated Capability Maturity Modelling Integration into the assessment process. What this means is that assessment is through 8 levels of organisational performance so your journey can mature progressively from early stages through good to great, greater, high-performing and even out-performing.
Joining the dots
Our clients ask us to show them how to ‘join the dots’ and so we will continue to focus on developing your teams’ capability by sharing our knowledge and expertise. This can be through bite-sized, modular, project-based or interim engagements.
IiE’s focus will be on our specialisms: Organisational Development, Performance Improvement and Sustainable Growth through a full and extensive portfolio of products and services including strategic human resource management, leadership, coaching and mentoring, process management, measurement, transformation and change and much more.
We continue to work across multiple business sectors, both in the UK and internationally, and are proud of the success that all our clients have achieved.
Keeping up with the pace of change
Choosing us to be your development partner will be choosing significant ROI. We have a great team of experienced subject matter experts who transfer knowledge at every opportunity and collaborations to ensure we keep up with our clients’ future needs, particularly in the field of digital technology and online courses.
We will be introducing new products to allow clients to pursue a more modular engagement while still receiving recognition against robust standards and approaches along the way. Watch this space!
Sharing best practice
In our newsletters throughout the year, we will share tools and techniques to maximise performance and demonstrate the benefits of engaging with Investors in Excellence to deliver optimal performance improvement.
Each month we will bring you insights and news stories, thought pieces and testimonials. Our aim is to encourage more and more clients to engage in excellence strategically, tactically and operationally and produce enhanced business results. Building our excellence network will create opportunities to share best practice and develop strategic leadership.
Our website will be updated shortly to reflect all of the above and make it even easier for you to access information and make your commitment to excellence.
I hope you will join us on The More Excellent Way – do sign up to our newsletter or get in touch with us by clicking here. You will receive a very warm welcome.
With best wishes
