The Good, The Bad and The Ugly at Cranmore/J4 Business Forum
This month IiE’s John Kirk is joining the Cranmore/J4 Business Forum to lead a discussion on Performance Measures. In his presentation, ‘The Good, the Bad and the Ugly’, John will focus on how to increase productivity and performance through the use of business improvement tools and measures. His presentation will support delegates to understand the range available, enabling them to select those appropriate for success through designing ‘meaningful measures’ and avoiding common pitfalls.
This Forum, boasts members from 25-30 businesses of varying sizes all of which are all local to the Cranmore/J4 area around Solihull in the West Midlands.
Facilitated by the local council and part of the ‘Solihull for Success Group’, this free forum offers fantastic networking opportunities as well as providing access to the council’s business support services and creating an open arena for discussion on topical, relevant issues thus fostering local business success.
