Becoming a Centre of Excellence

There is no reason why an organisation or business could not aspire in their own right to develop from excellence at the centre of the organisation, through organisational development and operational improvement to become a COE. This is replicated by the IiE 8 bands of organisational performance with the accolade of consistent high and outperformance earning the distinction of ‘Ambassadorial’ status. At this level, mentoring of another organisation or organisations is the next step.
