For almost two decades our chairman, Alan Jones OBE, has been an ambassador for excellence.
Under his leadership, both G4S and TNT saw dramatically increased profits. Customer satisfaction also improved, along with quality, efficiency and productivity.
According to Alan these successes wouldn’t have been achieved without investing in excellence and when it comes to GSL he’s adamant the IiE Standard played a fundamental role in transforming the company’s fortunes for the better.
