At the recent 2013 ICM British Credit Awards ceremony in London, we are pleased to announce that one of the Investors in Excellence community achieved a Hat-trick of awards.
The Credit Control department of Veolia Environmental Services was awarded the following accolades:
• Credit Employer of the Year
• ICM Achievement Award – Brian Morgan
• ICM Newcomer of the Year – Charlotte Ashford
This follows their recent re-certification against the Investors in Excellence Standard in December 2012.
Brian Morgan, Credit Manager commented “We are really proud to have won these awards as it reaffirms our continued improvement as evidence that the plans we have put in place to improve our People and Processes are providing benefit to all our stakeholders.
