Yorkshire businesses will be shown ‘the more excellent way’ at the launch of IiE’s new initiative for the region.
Led by IiE’s CEO, Judy Hart, the session will explore the wide-ranging benefits of excellence, helping to shape strategic improvement programmes for each organisation attending.
“It’s is a great opportunity for businesses to embrace excellence and move to the next level,” said Judy.
Areas of focus include improving all-round performance and productivity, gaining a competitive advantage, increasing efficiency and focusing on people and customers.
‘The More Excellent Way’ takes place on Friday, November 15 at Shulmans in Leeds (LS1 4AP) beginning at 9.15am and ending by 12pm.
Mark Lumley, a Partner at Shulmans, will also be presenting on the subject of risk and governance.
