LACE Housing’s 17th annual awards and presentation evening was held to congratulate the organisation’s staff and volunteers who have completed qualifications, achieved long service or provided invaluable support to the non-profit-making organisation over the years.

This year an Excellence Award was introduced. Gary Falkinder becomes the first recipient which was presented by Susan Harrison of Investors in Excellence in recognition of the dedication and commitment he has shown to delivering excellent services to colleagues and demonstrating valuable improvements often developed in his own time. Gary, one of a number of appointed Excellence Champions in the organisation, helps LACE focus on meeting, maintaining and continuously improving the high standards that are at the heart of LACE.

Nick Chambers, Chief Executive of LACE Housing, said: “Our team provides vital support at many supported housing developments across Lincolnshire including Brick Kiln Place in Grantham, Olsen Court in Lincoln and Worth Court in Bourne. Our awards evening is a wonderful way to celebrate our loyal and hard-working staff and volunteers. I would like to personally congratulate everyone and thank all involved for their ongoing commitment to delivering excellence. LACE has always had a strategic focus on continuous improvement and learning and helps us focus even more conscientiously on what matters most to us. We are proud to continue our commitment as an Investor in Excellence.”
