Event Status:

A highly practical two-day programme designed to equip managers with the skills, tools and techniques needed to drive improvement and excellence within any organisation.

Designed for individuals whose role is linked to improving organisational performance, the course also supports personal development programmes and can be delivered to groups in-house.

Attendees will also gain an understanding of the powerful concept of ‘What Matters Most’ which is at the heart of the Standard and also the Essential Elements of Leading, Resourcing, Delivering and Achieving.
