Synergy Housing Limited is one of the largest affordable property management and development organisations in the South West, managing 9,000 properties across Dorset, Wiltshire and Hampshire.

Synergy Housing Limited was registered as a charitable Industrial & Provident Society (31447R) on 1st November 2011 amalgamating Synergy Housing Group Ltd, East Dorset Housing Association, Purbeck Housing Trust, Weymouth and Portland Housing.

The organisation builds and manages homes for affordable rent or sale, reinvesting any profits into improving its service delivery and development projects. In the changing economic climate with significant pressure to create more homes, Synergy Housing is also actively engaged in the redevelopment of old and unused properties to build more homes at a high standard for affordable/social rent or sale.
