"2011 – The year of reform. Well that is my hope anyway; after all there is so much to do and so
little time to radically reform old outdated processes. If 2010 was about a change of government
and a change in economic policy, 2011 will see the first significant impacts of that change. We all
know about the tax rises built in and the proposed cuts which will start to bite, but now the
government should look to help on the growth and development side..."
