How IiE fits the new TSA regulatory requirements
TweetThe Investors in Excellence standard fits the new TSA regulatory requirements for local offers
Housing organisations using the Investors in Excellence Standard have discovered how closely it fits with the new local offer requirements.
“Regulatory requirements across all sectors are becoming more aligned to business excellence” remarks Julian Beaney, Head of Performance Solutions.
The requirement to demonstrate continuous improvement is at the heart of the IiE Standard. In addition, the changes to the IiE Standard in 2010 focus on how organisations across all sectors have a customer focused approach to the design and provision of services and that their offer to customers is clearly marketed.
Coupled with a requirement within the standard that organisations have clear measures around the customer experience the reason for using the IiE standard to provide external accreditation is never been more clear.
Join us at the CIH Midlands conference on 21/22nd May at the Hinckley Island Hotel
Investors in Excellence is once again supporting the CIH Midlands conference, this year with the very relevant theme of “Dawning a new era”. In addition to exhibiting over the two days, we will be contributing to a workshop on using accreditation within the housing sector and a plenary on putting the customer first.
