Congratulations to Trident Reach the People Charity on achieving the Investors in Excellence Standard.

Trident Reach the People Charity provides customer led innovative services to vulnerable people. The organisation works to transform lives every day by putting those who access and deliver our services at the heart of all we do. Operating across the Midlands, Reach delivers care & support services to a diverse range of people with complex and multiple needs. Reach has a strong philosophy of working creatively in partnership with customers, stakeholders and communities.

The organisation provides specialist services for vulnerable people with mental health, learning disabilities, young people at risk, older people, BME, those fleeing domestic violence, teenage parents, young offenders, homeless and refugees.

Trident Reach has a range of delivery methods from residential care homes, floating support services (regardless of customer tenure), domiciliary care and support (within individuals own homes), supported housing, and crisis house intervention.
